On 9-14-23 at about 2330 hours, Simi Valley Officers conducted an enforcement stop on Saul Gutierrez (27 year old Simi Valley resident) and Luis Jimenez (27 year old Simi Valley resident) at Tapo St and Alamo St.  

During the stop, Gutierrez was found in possession of Cocaine and Jimenez was found in possession of a loaded gun. Gutierrez was cited and released for possession of Cocaine and Jimenez was booked for Felon in Possession of a Firearm, Felon in Possession of Ammunition, Possession of an Unserialized Firearm, and California’s Gang Affiliation Sentencing Enhancement Act.
