* At 507 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 8 miles north of Cuervo, or 21 miles northeast of Santa Rosa, moving southeast at 20 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and half dollar size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees.
* Locations impacted include... Newkirk, Montoya, and Cuervo. This includes Interstate 40 between Mile Markers 292 and 316.
