INDIANAPOLIS - Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD) Missing Persons detectives seek the public's help locating 69-year-old Karen Osoy. Karen is 5'2" and 200 pounds, with blonde hair and blue eyes. She was last seen Friday, September 15, 2023, in the 700 block of N. Routiers Avenue, wearing purple jogging pants, black shoes, and a jacket (unknown color). She is believed to be in extreme danger and in need of medical services.
