* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of west central Texas, including the following counties, Coke, Fisher, Nolan and Sterling.

* WHEN...Until 745 AM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 549 AM CDT, A line of thunderstorms is moving into the advisory area and is producing one half to 1 inch of rainfall, with localized higher amounts. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.25 to 0.75 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Sweetwater, Roscoe, Sterling City, Silver, Champion, Broome, Wastella, Longworth, The Intersection Of Highway 158 And Ranch Road 2059, I-20 Near The Nolan-Mitchell County Line, The Intersection Of Ranch Road 608 And Highway 147, Us-84 Near The Nolan-Fisher County Line, Camp Boothe Oaks, Gannon, Capitola, Busby and Us-180 Near The Fisher-Scurry County Line. - This includes Interstate 20 between Mile Markers 229 and 244. This includes the following Low Water Crossings... IH 20 frontage roads crossing Towd Creek, Walnut crossing Walnut Creek, Fields crossing, Collier crossing, crossings along County Road 105, County Road 143 crossing Idlewild Creek, crossings along County Road 226, County Road 108 crossing Kldoogan Creek, County Road 137 crossing South Fork Champion Creek and County Road 133 crossing Plum Creek. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
