* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of west central Texas, including the following counties, Coke, Irion, Nolan, Runnels, Sterling and Tom Green.

* WHEN...Until 830 AM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 636 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.25 to 0.5 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Northern San Angelo, Robert Lee, Blackwell, Maverick, Bronte, Water Valley, Carlsbad, E.V. Spence Reservoir Near Paint Creek Recreation Area, Grape Creek, Sanco, Orient, Tennyson, Fort Chadbourne, Norton, Maryneal, Wingate, Us-87 Near The Coke-Tom Green County Line, The Intersection Of Highway 208 And Ranch Road 2662, Oak Creek Reservoir and Wilmeth. - This includes the following Low Water Crossings... FM 1170 crossing Eagle Creek, FM 0383 crossing Quarry Creek, Poverty Canyon crossing Mule Creek, Juniper Road crossing just east of Highway 277, Juniper crossing Juniper Creek, Ratliff crossing just east of Highway 277, Hamilton crossing, Marrow Loop crossing east Kicapoo Creek, Graham Valley crossing and Saynor crossing Mule Creek. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
