* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of west central Texas, including the following counties, Coleman, Concho, Irion, Runnels and Tom Green.
* WHEN...Until 845 AM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 649 AM CDT, A line of thunderstorms will move through the advisory area, including the city of San Angelo. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.25 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... San Angelo, Ballinger, Winters, Mertzon, Paint Rock, Christoval, Miles, Goodfellow Air Force Base, Wall, Veribest, Lake Nasworthy, O.C. Fisher Reservoir, San Angelo State Park, Twin Buttes Reservoir, Vancourt, Orient, Mereta, Eola, Tankersley and Knickerbocker. - This includes the following Low Water Crossings...
