* WHERE...A portion of DownEast Maine, including the following counties, Hancock and Washington.
* WHEN...Until 130 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1021 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Machias, Cherryfield, Jonesport, Steuben, Harrington, Jonesboro, Columbia Falls, Columbia, Millbridge, Centerville, Franklin, Gouldsboro, Addison, Sullivan, Machiasport, Winter Harbor, Beals, Roque Bluffs and Whitneyville. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
