1. Resisting Arrest (1407) 1400 Block of North Commerce Street, Civic District

Officers responded to a burglary alarm and located the suspect walking away from the location. The suspect was holding an object in his hand and refused to stop. A taser was deployed to take the suspect into custody. ARRESTED: Christopher Bailey, 50, for resisting arrest.

2. Weapons Arrest (2014) 4700 Block of West Lane, Valley Oak District

Officers conducted a traffic enforcement stop in the listed area. During a search of the vehicle, officers located a loaded handgun. ARRESTED: Juan Coy, 31, Marvin Melton, 18, and Juston Smith, 18, for child endangerment and weapon charges.

3. Assault with a Deadly Weapon (2200) S California Street and E Church Street, Seaport District

The male victim, 45, was in the listed area when he got into an argument with two suspects. The suspects assaulted the victim and hit him with a metal object. The victim was treated at an area hospital for non-life-threatening injuries. SUSPECTS: Two Hispanic male adults.

4. Armed Robbery (2200) 400 Block of East Park Street, Civic District

The four male victims (18, 18, 25, and 26) were in the listed area when two suspects approached them. One suspect brandished a handgun, pistol-whipped one of the victims, and demanded their property. SUSPECTS: A black male adult and a Hispanic male adult.

5. Person Shot (2230) 700 Block of E Hammer Lane, Valley Oak District

The female victim, 42, was shot by the known suspect during an argument. The victim was transported to an area hospital for treatment of a non-life-threatening injury. The suspect was located and arrested by responding officers. ARRESTED: Willie Bledsoe Jr., 63, for assault with a deadly weapon.

6. Person Stabbed (0232) 1700 Block of East Harding Way, Civic District

The male victim, 36, was in the listed area when a known suspect stabbed him. The victim was transported to an area hospital for non-life-threatening injuries. SUSPECT: A Hispanic male adult. 

7. Shooting into a Dwelling (0403) 600 Block of West Martin Luther King Boulevard, Seaport District

The male victim, 56, was working inside an area business when the building was struck by gunfire. A nearby residence was also struck. The suspect was located in the area and taken into custody. ARRESTED: Dominic Hutchinson, 23, for weapon charges.
