Scuffle at Tri State Speedway leads to arrest of Robards, Kentucky driver. 
On Saturday, September 16, 2023, at 9:30 p.m. Deputy Quinten Might was dispatched to Tri State Speedway located at 10149 South US Highway 41 near Haubstadt to investigate a Battery that had just occurred between drivers. Upon arriving Deputy Might spoke to all parties involved and to view a video of the altercation. At the conclusion of his investigation he placed 34 year old Aric Gentry of Robards, Kentucky into custody and transported him to the Gibson County Jail where he was charged with Misdemeanor Battery. He remains in custody on a $1300 bond.
All Criminal defendants are to be presumed innocent until, and unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
