At-Risk Missing Adult 
The Hayward Police Department is asking for your assistance in locating a Missing Adult At-Risk.
Mun Hwan Han was reported as missing from his residence in Hayward near the 28000 block of Chambers Street in Hayward Mr. Han was last seen yesterday, September 17, 2023, around 6:00 PM and is an 83-year-old, 5-foot-tall, 120-pound, Asian male. He was last seen wearing a light gray and purple shirt, blue pants, and navy-blue slippers. He suffers from Alzheimer’s and is considered at risk.
