NYSEG Work - Water St. & Water St. Ext. Street Closure - 9/20/23 & 9/21/23. 
On Wednesday, September 20th beginning at approximately 7:00 am and continuing until approximately 3:30 pm, NYSEG crews will be closing Water Street and Water Street Extension, except for local traffic only, to begin installation of new temporary overhead utility poles. NYSEG’s work will continue on Thursday, September 21st with the same local traffic only restriction from 7am to 3:30 pm.
Temporary barricades and signs will be in place to direct traffic away from this work area. Please exercise extreme caution and obey all signs and barricades.
The City will issue periodic project updates or changes via Nixle PSA as needed.
