AVOID State Highway 73 through Nekoosa the morning of Tuesday, September 26th, 2023 due to a Hazmat Training Exercise. 
On Tuesday September 26th, 2023 between the hours of 7:30am and 12:00pm, Wood County Dispatch advises you to AVOID this Location due to a Training incident. A TRAINING scenario near ERCO Worldwide will close State Highway 73 at State Highway 13 in Saratoga (South of Wisconsin Rapids) and State Highway 54 in Port Edwards. It will require a detour of traffic. Further complicating matters is the current detour for State Highway 173 due to the Railroad Tracks being out on Market St in Nekoosa. Local Traffic and Travel to the City of Nekoosa will be available but be aware that State Highway 73 will be COMPLETELY SHUT DOWN between Wilhorn Rd and State Highway 54.
