* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected in an area that already has saturated soils.
* WHERE...Portions of central and north central Illinois, including the following counties, in central Illinois, Livingston. In north central Illinois, La Salle.
* WHEN...Until 900 AM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 437 AM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Ottawa, Streator, Pontiac, Peru, La Salle, Marseilles, Dwight, Oglesby, Seneca, North Utica, Forrest. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
