Telephone Outage at City Hall, Police Department and Airport notice. 
The City of Sonora was just informed that the landline telephones at City Hall, Police Department and Airport are temporarily out of order. Citizens are encouraged to call the Sheriff’s Office at 325 387-2288 for police non-emergency and city services during this weekend. For emergency services call 911.
Frontier Communications is aware of the outage and is currently working to resolve our communications issues. It is unknown at this time how long telephone services will be out for these offices. We will keep you informed on any further developments.
