Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Missing Persons Unit investigators are asking for the public’s help locating At-Risk Missing Person Billy Jackson. He is a 76-year-old male Black who was last seen on Tuesday, September 19, 2023, at 7:00 A.M. on the 2100 block of 103rd Street in the city of Los Angeles.
Billy is 5’07” tall, 188 lbs., has black/grey hair and grey eyes. He was last seen wearing a black jacket and grey sweatshirt and sweatpants.
Mr. Jackson requires medication for dementia, diabetes and high blood pressure.
Billy may be driving a 2005 light green Toyota Camry, CA license plate #5PPU703.
His family is concerned for his well-being and is asking for the public’s help locating him.
