Monterey Park Police Department seeks your help in locating a Critical Missing Person: Shuming Bai, 29 years of age, female chinese, 503, 121 lbs, with black hair and black eyes, last seen wearing a Black long sleeve shirt and blue jeans, was last seen in the area of 31 E. Valley Blvd, in the City of Alhambra, at approximatley 4pm. Shuming suffers from mental illness and takes medication, but has not taken it in the past 2 months. If you have information that can assist in helping safely locate Shuming Bai, please call 911 or contact the police.
