1. Weapon Arrest (1525) 2400 Block of Montclair Street, Park District

Officers conducted an enforcement stop and located a loaded firearm during the search of the vehicle. The driver was arrested without incident. ARRESTED: Robert Shoptaw, 18, for weapon violations.

2. Robbery (1620) 1300 Block of South Sutter Street, Seaport District

Five employee victims observed the suspect stealing merchandise and tried to stop him. The suspect pepper-sprayed the victims and fled the business with the merchandise. SUSPECT: Hispanic male adult.

3. Robbery (1902) 100 Block of North Wilson Way, Park District

A female employee, 43, observed the suspect stealing merchandise and confronted him. The suspect pepper-sprayed the victim and fled the area in a silver sedan. SUSPECT: Hispanic male in his forties.

4. Person Shot (0039) 2700 Block of West March Lane, Lakeview District

The victim, 38, argued with the suspect. During the argument, the suspect shot the victim. He went to an area hospital to seek treatment for his non-life-threatening gunshot wound. SUSPECT: Hispanic male, wearing black clothing.

5. Person Shot (0154) 600 Block of East Alpine Avenue, Civic District

The victim, 28, was walking in the area when an unknown suspect shot him. A relative took him to a local hospital for treatment. There is no suspect information.

6. Persons Shot (0154) 400 Block of East Flora Street, Civic District

Officers responded to the area on a report of two people shot. When they arrived, they located two adult males suffering from gunshot wounds. Medics transported both victims to a local hospital to treat their gunshot wounds. There is no suspect information.

7. Traffic Fatality (0318) Manthey Road and Carolyn Weston Boulevard, Seaport District

Officers responded following an OnStar notification and located a vehicle that had collided with a tree. An ambulance transported the 51-year-old male driver to a local hospital where he was pronounced deceased.
