California City Police Dept seeks your help in locating a missing "at risk" person:
Vincent Sutton, 42 year old black male, 6'2" 150 lbs. Vincent suffers from a mental health condition and may not know where he is or how to return home, he is nonviolent and friendly. Vincent was last seen by his family leaving his home on Lupine Loop Blv in California City on September 14, 2023, at approximately 5:00 pm. He was wearing a brown plaid shirt and blue jeans at that time.
Attendees of First Baptist Church believe that Vincent was at services on September 15, and left wiithout shoes.
