Residence can still dial the non emergency number of 507-794-3711, however the call will not roll over to the Department cell phone. Residence will be able to leave a voicemail and an Officer will call them back. If it is an emergency, please call 911 or Brown County Dispatch at 507-233-6720. The issue will try and be resolved by Monday 9/25
