Armed Robbery of the Domino’s Pizza in Arroyo Grande

On September 22, 2023, at approximately 9:17 pm, Arroyo Grande Police officers responded to the Domino’s Pizza located on East Grand Avenue for the report of two subjects who had entered the business though an open back door and held the employees at gun point. The two suspects were wearing masks when they robbed the business and fled the scene. The exact amount of money taken is still under investigation.
Approximately one hour later, Santa Barbara County Sheriff Deputies responded to similar circumstances in the City of Orcutt. Deputies located the suspect vehicle leaving the area and initiated a traffic stop. The suspects fled from the Deputies causing a vehicle pursuit. The pursuit ended when the suspect’s vehicle was involved in a traffic collision.
Three suspects were ultimately arrested by the Santa Barbara County Sheriff’s Department for charges related to the robbery of the Orcutt Domino’s Pizza. The suspects were identified as 23-year-old Michael Angel Saucedo of Bakersfield, 27-year-old Mitchel Milton Sipe of Bakersfield, and 29-year-old Gloria FernandezLopez of Santa Maria.
