On Saturday, September 23, 2023 at approximately 2145 hours,  the Readington Township Police were dispatched to a residence on County Route 620 for a burglary in progress. Upon arrival, the homeowner stated the actor fled the residence and believed it was Harvey Marcello out of Lebanon Boro. On Sunday, September 24, 2023 at approximately 0900 hours, Harvey Marcello was located on Route 22 by the Clinton Township Police. Marcello was turned over to the Readington Township Police and was later arrested for Criminal Trespassing and lodged at the Warren County Jail.
