Deputy Jared Tilson with the McDowell County Sheriff’s Office charged 37-year-old Jeremiah Forster Cable with felonious Possession of Methamphetamine. Cable was issued a $20,000 secured bond.
Deputy Tilson also charged 47-year-old Tosha Lauren Ward with felonious Possession of Methamphetamine. Ward was issued a $10,000 secured bond.
On September 20th, deputies from the McDowell County Sheriff’s Office were contacted by officers from the NC Wildlife Resources Commission regarding a vehicle stop. A search of the vehicle turned up methamphetamine.
