On Sunday, March 26, at 4:45am, APD officers were called on 3 gunshot victims who had been dropped off by private vehicle at a local hospital. Jarvaurian Penns, male, age 21, was pronounced deceased. Two female victims, ages 17 and 18, had non-life-threatening injuries. Investigators found that the incident had taken place near Amarillo Blvd. and N.
