*FOUND* Missing Adult Male Thomas Van Lanen 75yo 
UPDATE
Mr. Van Lanen was located at approximately 12:45pm by a Brown County Deputy in a field near the west side Fleet Farm. Mr. Van Lanen is being treated for non-life threatening injuries at a local hospital and will be reunited with his family. Thank you to all the family, community members, law enforcement agencies, and Green Bay Metro Fire Department for the assistance in helping locate him.

Green Bay Police are attempting to locate Thomas VanLanen.
Thomas walked away from his residence on the west side of Green Bay near St. Mary's Hospital around 5:30am this morning. Thomas has a condition that presents similar symptoms to dementia. He was last known to be wearing a navy blue jacket and blue pajama pants. He is 5'10" tall.
Thomas used to walk the trails on the west side of Green Bay. If located please advise the Green Bay Police at 920-448-3208.
