APD Seeks Suspicious Person Near Randolph-Macon College 
On Monday, September 25, 2023, at about 11:20 a.m., Ashland police officers responded to the 400 block of Henry Street at Randolph-Macon College for a report of a suspicious person encountered by the College’s Campus Safety staff. This person was located behind one of the residence buildings on Henry Street exposing himself.
The suspect fled when confronted by Campus Safety. Ashland police officers responded and canvassed the area but were unable to locate the suspect. There is no information at this time that the suspect entered any of the College buildings or had contact with any students or staff and there is no current threat to the community.
The suspect is described as a white male, possibly in his early 20s, wearing a blue hoodie-style sweatshirt and blue sweatpants.
