Watch Commander's Day Report - September 25, 2023 
1. Armed Robbery (0828) 300 Block of Martin Luther King Boulevard, Seaport District
Business employees observed two suspects enter the business and steal merchandise from the store. When the employees tried to get the items back, one suspect brandished a taser and fled the business. SUSPECT: Two Black female adults.
2. Retail Theft Arrest (1203) 1600 Block of East Fremont Street, Park District
The suspect entered the business, grabbed merchandise, and fled. The responding officers located the suspect and took him into custody without incident. ARRESTED: Abraham Briseno, 40, for grand theft.
3. Traffic Fatality (1309) Sonora Street and Wilson Way, Park District
The adult male victim was riding his bicycle when he was hit by a vehicle traveling on Wilson Way. The suspect vehicle then fled the area. Medical personnel provided medical aid; unfortunately, the victim succumbed to his injuries. Traffic responded to assist with the investigation.
