September 22, 2023:

• Officers responded to the 1400 block of North Wisner Street for a subject shoplifting. A 42-year-old male was arrested for organized retail fraud.
• Officers were dispatched to South Brown Street and Carlton Boulevard for suspicious subjects in the area. Charges for carrying a concealed weapon will be sought on a 16-year-old male and a 15-year-old male.
• Officer Marcum responded to the 1300 block of Blair Park Drive for a personal welfare check.
• Officer Marcum conducted a traffic stop near South West Avenue and West Franklin Street. The 28-year-old male driver was arrested on an outstanding felony warrant.
• Officer Marcum met with Hillsdale County Deputies for a warrant pick-up. A 27-year-old female was arrested on an outstanding felony warrant.
• Officer Mills and Officer Panther were dispatched to the 200 block of West Mason Street for a personal welfare check. A 48-year-old female was arrested for domestic assault and PPO violation.
• Officer Debczak responded to the 300 block of East Euclid Avenue for a disorderly subject. A 27-year-old female was arrested for conditional bond violation.
• Officers were dispatched to the 1500 block of Carlton Boulevard for a warrant pick-up. A 12-year-old male was lodged at JCYC on an outstanding juvenile warrant.
• Officer Mulder responded to the 300 block of Steward Avenue for a disorderly subject. A 48-year-old male was arrested for conditional bond violation.
• Officer Thoresen made contact with a subject near West Michigan Avenue and Wildwood Avenue. The 33-year-old male was arrested for an outstanding felony warrant.
• Officer Stallworth and several Reserve Officers attended the Jackson High homecoming parade and football game.

• Officer Elston responded to the 1500 block of South Milwaukee Street for a domestic assault report.
• Officer Panther was dispatched to Greenwood Avenue and Biddle Street for disorderly subjects.
• Officer Thoresen responded to a domestic situation in the 200 block of East Prospect Street. A 52-year-old male was arrested for 3^rd degree child abuse.
• Officer Thoresen was dispatched to the 1600 block of Plymouth Street for a domestic dispute. A 13-year-old male was lodged at JCYC for domestic assault.
• Sergeant Burkart conducted a traffic stop near Wildwood Avenue and Edward Avenue. The 39-year-old male driver was arrested for driving while intoxicated.
• Officer Simon responded to the 300 block of Van Buren Street for an assault report. Felonious assault charges will be sought on a 50-year-old female and a 25-year-old male.

• Officer Bean was dispatched to an overdose in the 1300 block of Martin Luther King Jr. Drive. A 33-year-old male was transported to the hospital.
• Officers responded to South Street and US 127 to assist MSP with a traffic stop.
• Multiple Reserve Officers attended the Big Brothers and Big Sisters walk at Ella Sharp Park.
• Officer Reasoner was dispatched to the 400 block of South Blackstone Street for an overdose. A 19-year-old female was transported to the hospital.
