A planned outage to upgrade facilities is slated for Wednesday, October 4, 2023. The outage will occur from 09:00 am to 1:00 pm. Approximately 210 customers will be affected in the vicinity of HIGHLAND ST, MAIN ST, and STAUNTON PARKERSBURG TPKE in DURBIN, WV. Affected customers will receive the following automated call to the phone number associated with their account of record:
