We invite you to participate in the City of Berkeley’s Community Evacuation Survey: https://berkeley.evacuationsurvey.com. Your responses will help us fine-tune our evacuation strategies and provide better instructions on how to stay safe in emergencies.
The survey is anonymous, and is available in English and Spanish. At the survey’s conclusion, 7 respondents will be randomly chosen to receive a VISA gift card of $50 or $100!
