Road Closure - Hillcrest Rd at NICTD and NS Railroad Crossing 
NICTD has informed us that the NICTD and NS Railroad Crossings just North of US 12 will remain closed until tomorrow afternoon, 9/28/23.
NICTD had planned to pave the crossing today, 9/27/23 but postponed due to predicted rain. They have rescheduled the paving for tomorrow and plan to have the crossing open by end of day, weather permitting.
