Watch Commander’s Day Report - September 27, 2023 
1. Attempted Robbery (1228) 300 Block of Martin Luther King Boulevard, Seaport District
The female victim, 32, was working in the area when the suspect demanded property. The victim backed away, and the suspect fled without the property. SUSPECT: Asian adult male
2. Pursuit Arrest (1523) South San Joaquin Street and East Anderson Street, Seaport District
Officers attempted a traffic stop on a dirt bike, and the suspect failed to yield, leading officers on a short pursuit. The suspect dropped his dirt bike and attempted to flee on foot. An officer deployed his baton and struck the suspect in the leg to take him into custody. ARRESTED: Jose Marquiz, 44, for evading, resisting arrest, and traffic violations.
