Deputy Bradley Biddix with the McDowell County Sheriff’s Office charged 45-year-old Brian Cole Constantine with felonious Possession of Methamphetamine and Simple Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance. Constantine was issued a $2,000 secured bond.
On the morning on September 25th, Deputy Biddix was patrolling the area of Moffitt Hill Rd. when he observed a vehicle parked in the middle of the roadway. The driver, Constantine, appeared to be unconscious but came to after receiving commands from deputies. A search of the vehicle turned up Methamphetamine and Clonazepam.
