The Talawanda High School Homecoming Parade is tonight, Thursday September 28 and will start around 6 PM. West Sycamore St. will be closed at 4 PM to through traffic between Locust St. and College Ave. so parade vehicles can line up.  

The parade starts on Sycamore, heads toward uptown on N. College Ave., then turns on W. High St. The band will join up while the parade heads east through uptown and then turns left on N. Campus Ave. It will head back to the area of Kramer elementary once it reaches Sycamore St.

Please DRIVE SLOWLY AND CAUTIOUSLY in the area of this parade route. Plan on a different route if you need to travel through this area.
If you are a participant of the parade, enter Sycamore Street from Locust Street and you will be directed from there.  Semi-trucks/trailers will be directed to park along Sycamore and other vehicles will be directed to the Kramer lower lot.  If you are decorating for the parade, the Kramer upper lot is available until full and then on-street parking is recommended along Elm, Vine, Beech, or College.  Here is a link to a map and a registry for parade participants: https://www.talawanda.org/talawanda-high-school/homecoming-%2B-prom-26/homecoming-39/
