The Federal Emergency Management Agency will conduct a 1 minute nationwide emergency alert test on cellphones, radios, and TVs on October 4 at 2:20 PM. During this time, you will hear a test alert on your cellphones, radios, and TVs. This test helps ensure FEMA's systems are ready to keep the public informed during emergencies.
