Police Seek Public’s Help Locating Missing 12-Year-Old Newark Girl

Newark Public Safety Director Fritz Fragé requests the public’s help with locating Destine Nobles, 12, of Newark, who was reported missing on September 24, 2023.
Destine, a habitual runaway, is 5’2” and 101 pounds with brown eyes, black hair and a medium complexion. A student at Peshine Avenue School, Destine was last seen on the school playground with friends, but never returned home. She was wearing a grey crop top sweater, grey crop top shirt, grey sweat pants, and grey New Balance sneakers. She is known to frequent the 70 block of Schuyler Avenue and the 100 block of Peabody Place in Newark.
Director Fragé urges anyone with information on Destine’s whereabouts to call the Police Division’s 24-hour Crime Stopper tip line at 1-877-NWK-TIPS (1-877-695-8477).
