* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 906 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated moderate to heavy rain. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly across portions of the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... New Brunswick, Perth Amboy, Long Branch, Morristown, Asbury Park, Somerville, Sandy Hook, Somerset, Edison, Middletown, Old Bridge, and Howell. - This includes the following highways... New Jersey Turnpike between exits 8A and 13. Interstate 78 in New Jersey between mile markers 33 and 42. Interstate 80 in New Jersey between mile markers 37 and 48. Interstate 195 in New Jersey between mile markers 14 and 16...and between mile markers 18 and 34. Interstate 287 in New Jersey between mile markers 0 and 18...and between mile markers 25 and 53.
