Motorists are advised to use caution when driving in this storm as there is a potential for flash flooding on our parkways and local roadways. Motorists are also reminded to NOT drive through standing water as it can be deeper than it appears. The North Castle Police Department urges motorists to stay off the roadways unless absolutely necessary.
