**All Roads are Re-Opened** Avoid US41 Southbound Between Shawano and Mason St and W Mason St between US41 and Packerland
UPDATE
All debris has been cleared and roads reopened. Green Bay Police would like to thank the other law enforcement agencies who assisted with the road closures as well as Green Bay DPW and Brown County HWY Department who assisted with clearing debris quickly to allow the Highway to be reopened.
Two vehicles received damage from the debris, but there were no injuries. The driver of the dump truck was located and is cooperating with law enforcement investigating the incident.
No further information will be released at this time as this remains an active investigation.
ORIGINAL MESSAGE
Green Bay Police are responding to a complaint of softball size rocks that fell out of a dump truck in the southbound lanes of US 41 and continuing on W Mason St through at least Packerland Drive. US 41 highway southbound lanes are currently in the process of being shut down as the debris poses a danger to drivers.
It is anticipated that this will be a short closure, however police will advise then the roads are reopened. Please use caution if you drive near these areas as police are working to determine the total route where the vehicle that dropped these rocks went.
Please utilize I-43 and 172 as alternate routes of travel.
