Please note that there is a State of Emergency for NYC, the Hudson Valley including Westchester County and Long Island.
 
Metro North has suspended service on the Hudson, Harlem and New Haven Lines.  Multiple subway lines have been suspended due to flooding. 
 
Currently, the following roads are closed in the Village of Briarcliff Manor:

• Route 9 from Scarborough Road to the Clearview School
• Dalmeny Road from Elm Road to Cherry Hill Court
• Todd Lane from Carleton Avenue to Pleasantville Road

Many major parkways are also closed including the Saw Mill River Parkway, Bronx River Parkway, Hutchinson River Parkway, Cross County Parkway, and others.

The National Weather Service has issued a Flash Flood Warning through 4 PM today.

If you need to travel, we ask you to use extreme caution and make sure your route of travel is clear and not closed before you go.
