Disorderly Conduct Arrest 
On Tuesday, September 26, 2023, Middleton Police officers were dispatched to the 2400 block of Park Street in the City of Middleton for a report of a suspicious male following two juvenile females over the span of several city blocks. Officers responded and were able to identify the suspect as David Kaczmarski, 76 of the Town of Verona. Kaczmarski was found to have prior instances of similar activity.
Middleton Police Officers arrested Kaczmarski the same evening this incident occurred and booked him into the Dane County Jail. On September 28, 2023, the Dane County District Attorney’s office charged Kaczmarski with criminal Disorderly Conduct.
Our staff are greatly appreciative of the detailed information which was quickly relayed to us. This information was critical to the expedient arrest of Mr. Kaczmarski.
