TONIGHT! - West County Crimes Suppression Operation 
Dear El Cerrito Residents,
Today, September 29th, you may notice many marked police vehicles from different law enforcement agencies in and around El Cerrito. This is a pre-planned event known as the West County Crimes Suppression Operation. Along with our city, the District of Kensington is hosting the event with the support and collaboration of the following West County law enforcement agencies:
Hercules PD
Pinole PD
San Pablo PD
Richmond PD
and the Contra Costa County Probation Department.
Our partnered agencies have agreed to provide mutual support to reduce violence and property crimes within the area. The El Cerrito Police Department is grateful for this partnership and kindly requests that you show your appreciation by waving to officers while they help out our community.
This event is scheduled to run from 5 PM - 1 AM.
