The National Weather Service in Albuquerque has issued a Red Flag Warning...which is in effect from 1 PM this afternoon to 7 PM MDT this evening.
* AREA AND TIMING...Northwest Plateau (Zone 101) and West Central Mountains (Zone 105) from early this afternoon through early this evening, especially along and west of the Continental Divide.
* 20 FOOT WINDS...South to southwest 20 to 30 mph with gusts to around 40 mph.
* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...Ranging from 10 to 15 percent.
* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
* AFFECTED AREAS: NORTHWEST PLATEAU ... WEST CENTRAL MOUNTAINS
