Beginning on Sunday, October 1st at 6:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. parking will be restricted on the following streets for Upper Madison Street fair.

-Both sides of Madison Avenue from West Lawrence Street to South Allen Street.
-The south side of Western Avenue from South Allen Street east to angle parking spaces.
-Both sides of North Allen from Yates Street to Madison Avenue.

Beginning on Saturday, September 30th at 7:00 a.m. until Saturday, October 14th at 6:00 p.m. parking will be restricted on the west side of 48 North Pearl Street (3) spaces north of Pine Street for a dumpster.

Beginning on Tuesday, October 3rd at 8:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. parking will be restricted on the north side of 229 Morris Street west of Robin Street OPP #226.

Beginning on Monday, October 2nd at 7:00 a.m. until Friday, October 6th at 5:00 p.m. parking will be restricted on both sides of Elm Street from South Swan Street to Dove Street.

Beginning on Monday, October 2nd at 6:00 a.m. until Friday, October 6th at 4:00 p.m. parking will be restricted on the following streets for paving:
-Both sides of Chestnut Street (3) spaces centered on #66
-Both sides of Chestnut Street (3) spaces centered on #85

-Both sides of Third Street (15) spaces north and south of Henry Johnson Blvd
-Both sides of Clinton Avenue (15) spaces north and south of Henry Johnson Blvd
-Both sides of Livingston Avenue (15) spaces north and south of Henry Johnson Blvd
-Both sides of Orange Street (15) spaces north and south of Henry Johnson Blvd

Beginning on Monday, October 2nd at 6:00 a.m. until Friday, October 6th at 6:00 a.m. parking will be restricted on both sides of North Pearl Street from Clinton Avenue (8) spaces north.  The north side of Clinton Avenue from Broadway to North Hawk Street.

Beginning on Monday, October 2nd at 6:00 a.m. until Friday, October 6th at 6:00 p.m. parking will be restricted on the following streets for service vehicles:
-The west side of Sparkill Avenue from Delaware Avenue to McAlpin Street 
-The west side of Stanwix Street from Second Avenue to Delaware Avenue
-The north side of St. Geroges Place from South Dove Street to Moore Street 
-The west side of Beekman Street from Second Avenue to Delaware Avenue
-The west side of South Dove Street from Second Avenue (5) spaces north of St. Georges Place

Beginning on Tuesday, October 3rd at 8:00 a.m. until 10:0o p.m. parking will be restricted on the east side of North Pearl Street (7) spaces north of Pleasant Street.

Beginning on Tuesday, October 3rd at 8:00 a.m. until Wednesday, October 4th at 3:00 p.m. parking will be restricted on both sides of Marshall Street (4) spaces south of Delaware Avenue for AWD.

Beginning on Tuesday, October 3rd at 12:00 a.m. until 11:59 p.m. parking will be restricted on the west side of North Pearl Street (7) spaces north of Sheridan Avenue for an event bus.

Beginning on Wednesday, October 4th at 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. parking will be restricted on the east side of Krank Street (3) spaces south of Second Avenue for a move.

Beginning on Wednesday, October 4th at 3:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. parking will be restricted on the east side of Broadway (5) spaces north of Thatcher Street for service vehicles.

Beginning on Tuesday, October 3rd at 12:00 a.m. until 11:59 p.m. parking will be restricted on the west side of North Pearl Street from Wilson Street to Clinton Avenue for event parking.

Beginning on Wednesday, October 4th at 8:00 a.m. until Friday, October 6th at 3:00 p.m. parking will be restricted on both sides of Cardinal Avenue from #30 to #38 for AWD.

Beginning on Wednesday, October 4th at 8:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. parking will be restricted on both sides of Mercer Street from #594 to #612 for AWD. 

Beginning on Wednesday, October 4th at 3:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. parking will be restricted on the west side of Green Street from Plum Street to Fourth Avenue for AWD. 

Beginning on Wednesday, October 4th at 8:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. parking will be restricted on the south side of 70 Second Avenue from Krank Street to IFO #84 Second Avenue for a funeral.
