911 call of a disturbance leads to arrest of Princeton man. 
On September 30, 2023, at 4:34 p.m. Gibson County Central Dispatch received a 911 report of a disturbance in the 10000 block of East 700 South near Mackey. Upon arriving Deputy Quinten Might spoke with witnesses at the residence and they alleged that 27 year old Dylan Slaton of Princeton had battered a subject at the residence and had also injured an animal at the residence before fleeing. After completing his investigation at the scene Deputy Might left the residence and located Mr. Slaton near Princeton. After speaking with Mr. Slaton Deputy Might placed Slaton into custody and transported him to the Gibson County Jail where he was charged with Domestic Battery and Cruelty To An Animal. He remains in custody on a $750 bond.
All Criminal defendants are to be presumed innocent until, and unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
