UCPD To Host Two District Policing Neighborhood Watch (NW) Meetings in October.

UCPD is continuing our four-part series of Neighborhood Watch meetings for current residents and those interested in starting a new watch group in their area. So far, the first two meetings for District 1 and District 4 were a huge success. If you attended, thank you for being a part of it! And if you missed out, don't worry - there are still two more meetings to go.

At these meetings, attendees will have the chance to meet with the lieutenants who are in charge of the new districts. These lieutenants will be presenting crime statistics that are specific to each area. The new areas have been divided into four districts to align with the sections of the Union City Council.

If you were unable to attend the meeting for your district, you are welcome to attend a neighboring district's meeting instead. Although crime stats will be focused on the highlighted district, there will be time for questions following the presentation. Additionally, specific NW meetings can be scheduled for those who are interested.

Upcoming meetings:

DISTRICT 2 –  This Wednesday, October 4, 2023 – from 5 PM to 7 PM – Studio 11–34626 – 11th St.

DISTRICT 3 - Thursday, October 19, 2023 – from 5 PM to 7 PM – The Tropics – 33000 Almaden Blvd.
