Steet Closure: 4000 block of Railroad Ave. near the area of 4016 Railroad Ave. Emergency Sewer Repairs. No parking in area. 
The City of East Chicago will close the 4000 block of Railroad Ave. near the area of 4016 Railroad Ave. for emergency sewer repair. “No parking signs” will be installed near the work area so the contractor can bring in heavy equipment and traffic control. Road closure will start Tuesday October 3, 2023. The closure will last until further notice. Weather permitting.
Please note NO PARKING or TRAFFIC IN THE WORK SITE. Please OBEY the NO PARKING signs as vehicles will be towed at OWNERS expense.
