1. Person Shot (0900) 3000 Block of South Airport Way, Park District
The male victim, 24, was in the area when the suspect approached. The suspect brandished a firearm and took his property. When the victim resisted, the suspect shot him. The victim was transported to an area hospital to treat his non-life-threatening gunshot wound. SUSPECT: Hispanic male adult.

2. Armed Robbery Arrest (1332) 200 Block of East Acacia Street, Civic District
The male victim, 69, was sleeping on the sidewalk when the suspects woke him up. One suspect brandished a knife, and the other went through his pockets. A female victim, 45, intervened, and they hit her. The responding officers located one suspect and took him into custody. The second suspect made good of his escape. OUTSTANDING SUSPECT: Black male adult. ARRESTED: Isareal Easter, 26, for robbery.
