Update from QAP regarding Seward Highway Mile 0-8: Tuesday and Wednesday October 3rd - 4th QAP will be striping between Resurrection Bridges and Van Buren with a pilot car operation. Please watch for wet paint, if you see cones, the paint is wet! We will be closing select approaches. Use the alleyway behind Safeway to avoid 3rd Avenue. They will also be paving between Van Buren and Railway Avenue. This section of 3rd Avenue will be closed, use 2nd or 4th as an alternate route.
