Twenty-four hours from now, the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) will be testing both the Emergency Alert System (EAS) and Wireless Emergency Alerts (WEA) on Wednesday, October 4, at 2:20 p.m. The test will be conducted for cell phones, radio, and televisions.
