INCIDENT: PC 245: ASSAULT WITH A DEADLY WEAPON
LOCATION: Baldy’s Market, 9688 Phelan Road in Phelan
SUSPECT: Jonathan Delorisses, 30 years-old, resident of Victorville
SUMMARY:
On Monday, October 2, 2023, at 1:55pm, deputies responded to a 911 call at Baldy’s Market in Phelan.
Jonathan Delorisses entered Baldy’s Market and threw a rock at a customer. Employees told Delorisses to leave the market, and he picked up a squeegee and threw it at the employees. Two employees followed Delorisses out of the store and told him he needed to leave the property. Delorisses again started throwing rocks at the employees before running away. No one was injured during the assault.
Deputies located Delorisses across the street from the market and arrested him without incident. Delorisses was booked at the High Desert Detention Center for assault with a deadly weapon.
